The Institute for Public Administration (IPA), in partnership with the Delaware League of Local Governments (DLLG) and UD’s Sustainable Coastal Communities Initiative (SCCI) are excited to announce the 2022 Delaware Institute for Local Government Leaders focused on workforce recruitment challenges and success stories.
This in-person event will feature multiple panels focused on workforce issues facing local governments today. We will also award this year’s recipients of the Certificate in Local Government Leadership and the Certificate for Planning Education.
